The GEES Process
Each step of the process will be passive in nature and non disruptive to your business or process. We start with a informal meeting with members of your staff that have decisive interest in reducing your facility energy cost.
Our process includes a free facility walk through complete with a review of your monthly electric cost, your electrical equipment, your lighting systems, HVAC, mechanical loads & Refrigeration.
We will then prepare a preliminary evaluation report that may or may not justify a full engineering facility survey.
The third step is the engineering survey and could carry a modest fee but GEES can apply this engineering fee toward the total project cost. This process will produce a custom engineered solution that will maximize future energy savings found from justifiable specific treatments.
GEES will collect specific electrical measurements and applied these to our project modeling as well as the last 3 tears of your electrical usage history. GEES engineering software will determine a minimum
savings and maximum monthly payback estimate along with a complete treatment solution.
A conditional purchase agreement will then be created that meets or exceed our stated savings and payback for the
Project This will authorize GEES to move forward with design and implementation. fee is refunded.
GEES will take complete management responsibility of your project and provide all savings verifications for one full year after the installation.
* GEES reserves the right to charge a modest fee for large client applications for the audit and engineering process.
The audit fee can be applied to the purchase and install of our energy conservation systems.
